How we handle data for the brochure and information about ePatrol
Version 2026-10 of 18 October 2026
This notice concerns people who request the ePatrol brochure, receive our informational and promotional emails or book a demo (Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 2016/679, GDPR, and Article 130 of the Italian Privacy Code). This English text is a translation; the Italian version prevails.
Who the controller is
Revolution di Alessandro Fantarella, Ragusa (Italy), VAT no. IT01777460880, which develops and runs ePatrol. For any question: [email protected].
What data we handle
What you give us: first name, last name, email, organisation, role, sector, language, and your phone number if you write it. If your contact reached us in another way (a trade fair, a request for information, a business relationship) we note where it came from.
How you use our emails: when we send one, whether you open it (with an invisible image, which you can block in your email program), whether you download the brochure, click the links or unsubscribe. With your consent we keep the date, IP address and the version of this notice.
Why, and on what legal basis
To send you the brochure you request and, if you book, to arrange the demo: this answers your own request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
To send you further information and offers about ePatrol, only if you gave your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 130 Italian Privacy Code). Consent is optional: without it you only receive what you asked for.
If you are already our customer, we may write to you about services similar to the ones you use (Art. 130(4) Italian Privacy Code): you can object at any time.
To understand which information is of interest and improve our communications we look at opens, downloads and clicks: this is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), limited to our own emails.
Who sees your data
Only Revolution staff who handle sales. Data is stored on servers in the European Union; emails are sent from our own mail server. We do not sell or pass on data to anyone.
How long
A brochure request that is never confirmed (no click on the link) is deleted after 30 days. Other data is kept while you write to us or show interest, and at most 24 months after the last contact; then we delete it.
If you unsubscribe or ask for erasure, we keep only an unreadable fingerprint of your address, so that we never write to you again by mistake.
Your rights
Every promotional email has a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom: it applies to all our promotional communications. You can also write to [email protected] to view, correct or delete your data, and you have the other rights under Articles 15–22 GDPR (restriction, portability, objection). You can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) or the authority of your country.
