Your fire safety management system, documented
In Italy, DM 19 marzo 2015 requires healthcare facilities to have a fire safety management system, overseen by a technical manager. ePatrol keeps track of every patrol and every check with date, time, point and operator, and of issues until they're resolved: the manager has the period's data ready to view or export.

Frequently asked questions
Does it work in plant rooms and basements with no signal?
Yes. The app logs checks even offline and sends them on its own as soon as the signal is back, with the real time of each visit.
Can hospital management see the data without asking the contractor?
Yes. The client facility can have console access limited to its own sites, to view patrols, issue reports and reports whenever it wants.
Can I keep track of fire wardens' certificates?
Yes. For each person you record certificates and qualifications with their expiry date: the office gets an alert 30 days and 7 days before, and on expiry.
Do I need a guard tour reader or a dedicated device?
No. All you need is an iPhone or an NFC-enabled Android smartphone, personal or company-issued. NFC tags take minutes to fit.
