Airport and heliport fire service, always covered.

What you get

A crew that's ready, shift after shift

Who's on duty, right now

Site by site, the console shows who has gone on duty. From the site's service phone, each person starts their shift with a personal code.

Shifts covered, always

If a shift has nobody assigned before it starts, or someone is late going on duty, the alert arrives within seconds in the console, by email and on the phone.

Patrols and checks with NFC tags

Wheeled extinguishers, hydrants, plant rooms, the landing pad: each point with its own questions and a photo when needed.

Weather alerts for the site

Wind, gusts, storms, snow and frost over the threshold, and official warnings in Europe: the alert reaches the console and the phones of those on duty.

Qualifications in order

Each crew member's technical fitness, courses and qualifications with expiry dates; the office is alerted 30 and 7 days before.

Reports for the operator

The period's shifts, duty starts, patrols and issue reports, as a PDF with the contract's logo or in Excel.

How it works

From shift change to summary

  1. 01

    Crew shifts

Set up 24/7 rotations once, or import them from Excel; cover is requested and approved from the app.

  2. 02

    Going on duty

Each crew member starts their shift from their own phone or the site's service phone, with the time logged.

  3. 03

    Patrols and checks

NFC tags on vehicles and equipment guide the planned checks; issues go to the maintainer.

  4. 04

    The operator stays informed

With their own access, the operator views shifts, patrols and reports for their own sites.

Service records, ready for the operator

In Italy, at airports without a Fire Brigade presence, at heliports and at helipads, the fire and first-response service is entrusted to qualified staff. ePatrol logs shifts, duty starts, patrols and checks with date, time and person: the summary is ready whenever the operator asks for it.

ePatrol organizes and documents the service; operating procedures remain those of the operator and the company providing the service.

See how it works

A patrol, from start to send

Four simple steps, no training: here's what the operator sees on their phone.

  1. Hold the phone near the tagThe dot turns green: time and position are recorded, with nothing to type.
  2. Can't reach a point?Mark it in orange with a note and carry on. The office will know why.
  3. Confirm and sendBefore sending you see the summary: points read, not reached, still to do.
  4. It stays in the historyYou'll find it under “Sent patrols” and, within the time allowed, you can reopen and correct it.

Frequently asked questions

Does it work for crews on 24/7 shifts?

Yes. Rotations are set up once or imported from Excel, shifts across midnight are counted on the right day and an uncovered shift triggers an alert before it starts.

Can several people go on duty from the same phone?

Yes, from the site's service phone: each person taps their name and enters the code they receive on their own phone or by email. This step needs a network connection.

Do weather alerts work outside Italy too?

Forecasts over the threshold work wherever there's a site; official warnings from national weather services are available for European countries.

Do I need a dedicated device?

No. All you need is an iPhone or an NFC-enabled Android smartphone; tags take minutes to fit.

Shall we see together how it can help you?

We'll show you ePatrol on your own sites and patrols, with no commitment.
