What you get

Every area covered, at any hour

Large areas, even with no signal

Tank farms, yards, tunnels: the app logs tags offline and sends everything as soon as the signal is back.

Team patrols

Two or more staff, even on several phones and in opposite directions, make a single patrol: each tag records who read it.

Continuous shifts

24/7 rotations set up once or imported from Excel, cover requested and approved from the app.

Tailored checks

Monitors, hydrants, foam systems, emergency showers, fire doors: for each type of check, the questions you need.

Issues to the maintainer

The issue report with a photo reaches the maintainer assigned to that site and that type of check, until it's closed.

Real-time alerts

A patrol that doesn't start, tags not read, an uncovered shift: the alert arrives within seconds in the console, by email and on the phone.

How it works

From the plant floor to the control room

  1. 01

Tags at the points to check

Fit NFC tags on equipment and systems and link them to the plant's areas.

  2. 02

    Questions for every check

For each type of equipment you choose the questions, for example “Gauge in the green?”, “Valve sealed?”.

  3. 03

    Patrols and teams

Staff walk by with their phone, alone or as a team; issues are sent with a photo.

  4. 04

    Records for audits

The period's patrols, checks and issues, with date, time, point and operator, in PDF or Excel.

Major-hazard sites, documented day by day

In Italy, at sites subject to D.Lgs. 105/2015 (the Seveso III Directive), the safety management system requires written procedures and accurate records. ePatrol logs every patrol, every check and every issue with date, time, point and operator, and exports them for internal audits and inspections.

ePatrol organizes and documents the service; the safety management system remains the site operator's.

See how it works

A patrol, from start to send

Four simple steps, no training: here's what the operator sees on their phone.

  1. Hold the phone near the tagThe dot turns green: time and position are recorded, with nothing to type.
  2. Can't reach a point?Mark it in orange with a note and carry on. The office will know why.
  3. Confirm and sendBefore sending you see the summary: points read, not reached, still to do.
  4. It stays in the historyYou'll find it under “Sent patrols” and, within the time allowed, you can reopen and correct it.
